About the Newark, Delaware Sustainability Initiative:
The Newark, DE Sustainability Initiative is a volunteer-based initiative to promote sustainability in Newark, Delaware.
We currently are a relatively new, informal group.
Our approach is to build a consensus on sustainability, welcoming people of diverse backgrounds and political views.
We have a facebook group, and had our first interest meeting on July 14, 2010. However, our facebook group is not our official membership; if you are interested in joining, volunteering, and participating, please sign up.
